PhiAcademy’s HexaPlan is a structured educational framework designed to guide students through their journey to mastery in microblading.
The plan consists of six levels, each representing a stage of advancement in skill and expertise.
Here’s a breakdown of each level:
Student: The foundational level introduces students to the basic principles and techniques of microblading. Topics covered include eyebrow design, color theory, skin types, and sanitation procedures.
Artist : To attain the title of Artist, mastering the foundational skills taught in the course is necessary. Once a Student of Phi Academy successfully completes all levels of the course in the Craftmaster application within the specified period, they become an Artist.
Royal Artist: The title of Royal Artist is attained through the refinement of one’s knowledge and technique, as well as the completion of the Skin Expert course.
Master Asisstant:
While there are no specific benefits that distinguish the title of Master Associate from that of Royal Artist, this title is the final step before attaining the title of Craft Master and serves as an indicator that you are nearing the pinnacle of advancement at Phi Academy. Requirements:
Completion of the First Class Service course
Optimal communication skills
Monitoring of students/artists
Craft Master :
The title of Craft Master implies mastery of the skills to perfection,fundamental business principles, and the accumulation of necessary experience through a certain number of monitoringds and assistances on workshops.
Top of FormBottom of FormGrand Master : The highest level of achievement, Grand Master status is awarded to those who have reached the pinnacle of success at PhiAcademy. Grand Masters are recognized as leaders and innovators in the industry, with the ability to influence and inspire others.

The Bold Brows technique was created by Grand Master Mensura Megy Hodzic in 2016. Since then, her team has grown to include more than 70 masters worldwide who teach this program. Through hard work, passion, and dedication, these masters successfully guide and train many students, helping them to fulfill their careers in the beauty industry.
